I’ve had this book for a few years and it’s a great source of inspiration and knowledge when it comes to developing zero waste patterns.
One of the writers, Timo Rissanen, has a proposal for a hooded sweatshirt that intrigued me, but as the book isn’t focussed on teaching projects, there isn’t much information about hoody assembly in the book.
I went to his personal blog to find out more about assembly, sewing and finishing, but it’s not easy to understand either. That’s why I created my version of the hoody based on Timo’s project.
